刚刚和公司的SALESMAN聊了5分钟。感觉到学到了很多。

Sales is not about sales. It never does. It is just about people. It is about help people to solve their problem.
You don’t go to people and tell them what you have. You talk to them, listen to them, discuss with them, when they come to tell you what’s their probolem, you may or may not have a solution. But you can give your advice. It might be the stuff you have for sell, or you might not have anything for them. But at least you keep communicatiing with them. And such channel might lead to a sales on his/her connection.
In a simple word: sales is not about what you have, but what your customer need.

You must follow up. You have to keep trying. You might get hundred of no at first place. But if you keep trying, you will get what your deserved. The average success rate is always remains low. You make 100 or even 1000 calls, and you might get one deal. But if you tried 10 times more than other salesman, you will have 10 times more sales.

So, sales is simple.
